    Join us as we launch into our 28th season featuring Central Pennsylvania Symphony’s Principal Clarinetist, Victor Wertz.  Selections will include Overture to the Royal Fireworks- Handel, Fantasia on the Alleluia Hymn- Jacob, Concertino for Clarinet and Orchestra- Weber, and Symphony No 5 (Reformation)- Mendelssohn.

    Sounds of the Holiday

    Sunday, December 10, 2017 – Lower Dauphin High School, Hummelstown, PA at 3:00pm

    Get into the spirit of the season with the Central Pennsylvania Symphony and a wide variety of holiday music to please everyone in the family.  Our guest ensemble for the program is the Lower Dauphin Middle School Wind Ensemble, Greg Hutchinson- Director, performing several selections with the symphony.

    Cosmopolitan Tastes

    Sunday, February 25, 2018- Bishop McDevitt High School, Harrisburg, PA at 3:00pm

    What more can you ask for programming of popular classical music?  Don’t miss this one!  Selections will include Poet and Peasant Overture- Suppe, Dance of the Hours- Ponchielli, In a Persian Market- Ketelbey, and Capriccio Espagnol- Rimsky-Korsakov.

    Spring Gala

    Sunday, May 6, 2018- Lebanon Country Club, Lebanon, PA 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

    Join us for a delightful new experience with music and dining at the Lebanon Country Club for our annual Spring Gala Fundraising event.  In addition to the beautiful setting of the club, there will be a scrumptious buffet dinner, plus entertainment by the popular folk group Colebrook Road, featuring our CPS Concertmaster, Joseph McAnulty, and of course, music for listening and dancing by the Central Pennsylvania Symphony.  Put this date on your calendar and invite your friends.
