A Night at the Movies: Featuring the music of John Williams

Best Western Premier: The Central Hotel & Conference Center

5pm- 10pm

Come join us for a celebration of food, movie music, and dancing. The orchestra will perform music by American composer and conductor, John Williams. He is one of the most award winning and noteworthy composers of our time. Some of his scores for cinema include: Jaws, Star Wars, ET: The Extra Terrestrial, Schindler's List, Superman, Home Alone, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Saving Private Ryan, Lincoln, and The Fabelmans. His theme music and incidental music for television include the 1984 Olympic Games, NBC Sunday Night Football, and The Mission theme used by NBC News. This will surely be a night to remember!

Your ticket includes dinner, dessert, entertainment, and dancing. There will also be a silent auction and 50/50. This event is our one and only annual fundraiser! We rely on the support of this event!

Winter Inspiration!

Praised for “astounding technical vocal ability, solid song interpretation and stage presence,” soprano Annie Gill continues to gain recognition as a distinctive and versatile artist. Particularly excelling in the repertoire of Mozart and Puccini, Ms. Gill has been commended for "a glorious voice - opulent from top to bottom,” and possesses an extensive variety of vocal colors in her expressive full lyric soprano.  In addition to her classical singing career, Ms. Gill is a voice over artist and acts in commercials and television, most notably appearing as the “Opera Singer” in the Season 2 Finale of House of Cards and as Maeve in the feature film Wild Fire. Featured Soloists for the 2023-2024 Season
Our October concert will feature violinist Denise Dillenbeck, who has toured Europe and America with the
Philadelphia Orchestra, was a member of the Oregon Symphony, and has played with the Seattle Symphony, Baltimore Symphony, Pennsylvania Ballet Theater, Philly Pops, and others. She was a soloist with the American Festival Orchestra on a tour of China. Currently concertmaster of the Yakima Symphony, York Symphony and the Northwest Sinfonietta, she was associate concertmaster of the Tacoma Symphony, and has served as concertmaster for orchestras in America, England and Germany.
